How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Roadscampaigns Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Roadscampaigns Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were introduced to

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Be aware that Roadscampaigns Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@roadscampaigns.skin and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write to Us

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
